What is your return policy?

There is 30-day return policy on most products sold by Pet On Demand LLC. Pet parent PODs are subject to a 14-day return policy.

Do you offer gift cards?

Virtual gift cards are available for purchase. Please visit the gift card page for more information.

What are the payment options?

Currently there are several payment options. The newest form of payment offered is AfterPay and Affirm.

What is your shipping policy?

All P.O.D.s (Pet On Demand) packages will ship the following business day from date of purchase. This excludes any business days that fall on holidays (including) federal, as the postal service may be closed. Please allow 2-3 business days for your P.O.D.s to arrive.
